Anthony “AJ” Johnson AJ is a 1998 graduate of Houston High School in Houston, MS. He attended and graduated from Itawamba Community College in 2000 and Murray State University in 2003. He played football throughout his college years. He is a NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) certified exercise specialist and has been personal training for 13 years.

Professional Training

His professional personal training career has afforded him many opportunities to “touch the nation.” He has trained NFL players such as Cornelius Wortham of the Seattle Seahawks, Todd Devoe of the Denver Broncos, Jamarca Sanford of the New Orlean Saints, Dexter McCluster of the Tennessee Titans, Michael Oher of the Tennessee Titans, Peria Jerry of the Atlanta Falcons, Jerrell Powe of the Houston Texans and Eugene Sims of the St. Louis Rams. Also worked as a volunteer Strength and Conditioning Coach for Ole Miss Football.

AJ has trained kids, adults and seniors, from ages as low as 4 up to 91. He has also assisted people with diabetes, heart disease, fibromyalgia, special-needs and prenatal care. AJ is the trainer for The Miss Mississippi Teen USA and Miss Mississippi USA.

Faith

He continues to reach God’s people by motivating them through speaking engagements at schools, churches, and community organizations in all areas. AJ continues to fulfill God’s call for his life to bring a lifestyle of health and fitness to His people.

He travels to the surrounding areas bringing programs that help people make a lifestyle change. Lose Big is his biggest program that teaches about God’s love and the importance of encouragement, along with proper eating and exercising techniques. Participants have been truly uplifted and motivated by his enthusiasm to live healthy for God and for themselves.

Family & Fellowship

AJ & his wife Michelle own ONE BODY BY AJ. He and his wife have three children—Jamael, Jai, and Akelyia M’Lori.

He attends Christian Fellowship Church where he serves in the ministry as a minister and armor bearer for his pastor. “One Body Touching the Nation”
